What is reflexology? Its a therapy based on the theory that there are points on the feet and hands and ears that are related to parts of the body including glands and organs. It is an ancient technique that has medical studies done on it and has proven to help the body correct itself and calming anxious body parts so they may work normally. Reflexology works directly with the systems of the body to create homeostasis which feels like a deep relaxation, improves circulation in the body, and can ease foot tension.
